Depends really on how dominant your dominant side is and how flexable you are. Also what job you do has a bareing on the bodys ability in sport as regards movement. One little test you can carry out yourself, eyes open line your finger with your nose and an object about 10 ft away, thenclose one eye see where the finger is then open and close the other. the one that stays is your dominant eye the one that moves is your less dominant and more short sighted as a rule . If niether move your the 1 in 23,000.000, you can please yourself. With that information you can or should see the reason for advocating the theory and why eyesight slows you down. Both eyes dont see the same thing, and what you see is in the past

yeah, but you can't focus on both your finger and the object at the same time.. Either the object or your finger will double so depending on which finger image (the left or right) you use to line things up, you'll get different results.

I'm still seeing two fingers (or two objects @ 10' if I focus on IT.)

Interestingly, I went to the gym tonight and tried working left hooks and body shots on the bag. I closed my left eye and weirdly I thought I felt faster. I dunno if it was power of suggestin or what, but I did. One thing that was interesting was that when my left eye was closed I couldn't see my left hand when throwing left hooks until it hit the bag.

the ball thing, yeah, had to have one removed.... oh, THAT ball thing.

yeah, did it last night, people pro'bly thought I was nuts lol, but I used a 12lb med ball because we don't have a swiss ball there. my guess is that you're working the deltoids, right? I THINK I'm doing it right but not sure. See, I'm stretching my hand out a little beyond flat to make a bit of a cup for the ball to sit in. Then what do I do? Just stand there or should I move around? As my arm gets tired the ball starts to wobble and then I get the footwork going. Sound right to you? Do you have a video of one of your guys doing it?
