a 'wobble cushion' to strengthen it, but it feels like I damage some ligaments. Any tips? And if it happens should I use ice or heat to speed up the repair? Thanks for your help.

You need to work on something called proprioception. Stand on one foot with your eyes shut and knee slightly flexed. It'll be harder to do on your injured side but persevere, aim for a minute each side initially. This will help and you won't go over your ankle as often once you've practiced this.
As the Fireman says, a bit of rest and applying some ice (within 3 days) then cold heat cold compresses and some friction massage should help the healing.![]()

It's a cool click. You can do it once you've posted a 100 times.
If you can try and get hold of a pair of metal shoes. There are routines which will give you stable and strong ankles.

I say you should tape your ankles when you run like american football players do. right over top of the shoe. If you keep "twisting" your ankles you will pull or tear ligaments and they can take a long time to heal and one more twist and its hurt again for a long time. i hurt one while skiing and it took like 2 years to completely heal. but i was old like 35.
Preventing it from happening is the most important thing. and rest to let it heal before you try and strengthen it. if you try and work it now youll do more harm than good. You body grows at differnt rates and places. be patient. i assume your a kid. relax,
If you need to tape your ankles when you run you shouldn't be running.![]()
