Fell off the bike going to work when I went down a ramp under the subway and slipping on some black ice.

Cracked my head off the floor but thankfully had a helmet on which took the main brunt of the impact. Still got a slight bruise over the eye but the real injury was my right wrist which was sprained and swollen up. That is very painful and tender.

The scraped knee was not that bad. Glad no one was around to see me. Very embarrassing.

Hope you’re ok mate. I’d knock that shit on the head if I was you.

I have not fallen in years and am OK. I ride slower and more cautiously.

Got an 85 year old friend who owns a bike company and he has got himself an electric bike now as it is far easier to go up hills.
