Definite needed move is a unified commission in the Stats just for starters. Not sure how unified rules would be held up globally but as sport the commission-to-commission protocols should not be malleable and arbitrary. There are literally States who "borrow" commissions. One dead set rule set across the board. Smaller pet peeve but all judges need to be ring center and introduced exactly as the referee is. Put a face on the officials. The only wonder I have with same day weigh ins are that they have now made them their own pre fight event. Platforms hold full events for a press cycle. And whole generations have trained themselves to work weight or rehydration likewise. It would take some doing.
