. I've found that proper rest combined with basic time of meals is huge. I recall after pop passed away, I was not eating full dinner until midnight and sometimes later for roughly over a year. Then you go to bed right on top of a full meal, not good at all. Also had to do away with running a full day on just 5-6 hours sleep but sorted out now

. Spot on with water. Toss a lemon in it or some ginger or a mint.
