    Default Back down to 218lbs

Remember I was on my weight loss journey last year. I broke my stride when my Mum passed early in 2024 and I started grief eating. Entered 2025 at 278lbs... but in the last few months have gotten back down to 218lbs as of this morning.

I just stopped all of the eating, brothers. Just stopped all of the lunch and whatnot. Plus, this is the Lenten Season so I am even doubly more serious about fasting and sticking to one meal a day. Water and at best mints during the day.

I like how my clothes feel on me again.

Good one. Make this a lifestyle choice now.

    Live, exercise and eat healthy.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Good stuff bud stay on point with it. Two journeys in one really, with the grief and weight maybe. Can relate more than I'd like to admit . I've found that proper rest combined with basic time of meals is huge. I recall after pop passed away, I was not eating full dinner until midnight and sometimes later for roughly over a year. Then you go to bed right on top of a full meal, not good at all. Also had to do away with running a full day on just 5-6 hours sleep but sorted out now . Spot on with water. Toss a lemon in it or some ginger or a mint.

Yea man. I'm trying to get my mind right. My Mum's passing really hit me good, but I'm still here. Still living and still breathing.
