Makes no sense for Sr. to stay. I would say Oscar dump Sr. and get Manny Steward who is great at creating plans to beat guys. Manny Steward is a genius and he developed the great Thomas Hearns. Steward knows the welterweight/Supermiddleweight class well and knows tactics of young strong guys since he trained Tommy to fight Ray Leonard. I think Oscar should get Manny if Manny can not get a big head since he is acting a little cocky lately since getting the HBO gig.
