Been trying to do that like forever. I know I am not Kipchoge, but I'm working my way up in stamina. Changed my fat burner from Cellucor back to Ripped Fuel 5X and seeing the difference as the weeks go on in strength and stronger strides for longer periods.

That too, I found out that the treadmill at fast paces loosens my legs and pelvic muscles to pump harder on the road. So, I found my rhythm.

I only went 2 miles today but did it in 20 mins... small success.
