I'm hearing reports Canelo is tied to the cartels in Jalisco too. So too war Erik Morales in Tijuana, but he is now a politician in Mexico which seems to fit the profile. lol... Yeh this aftermath is all kinds of shady and gets into another issue entirely. But DHS knew the where and when and chose to wait to act on the charges and green card issue.
