Frustrated with Boots and his overall path. It's to the point where, as expected, he blitzes a guy justified by the "Ibo" and is literally called an all-time great before the 1st round is over and the dust has settled . Ennis has every bit of clear talent and skill but it's like a top 6 figure fresh of the production line vehicle being content to idle in the driveway. We've been saying the same thing over years now. You don't let talent like Boots wither on the vine and fight in half darkened empty arenas. They went thru a rematch with Karen FFS, for no point whatsoever. Ennis v Ortiz is one of the most commonsense needed fights of recent times and a great match up. 154 and fans should demand it. Something tells me if we were back in the days of HBO or Showtime, we would have seen it play out already in either division. Maybe even twice.
