Brock in 2015 July sent 968 British pounds to Rich from Dublin Ireland using MoneyGram because Brock was carrying more than 10,000 US dollars for the flight back to New York City. You're not allowed to carry more than 10,000 so he sent the extra $968 British pounds to his friend Rich to hold.
