sounds like you are already doing mini fasts. i think term breakfast comes from eating after the time you are not eating while sleeping, break fast. i tend to find my body knows what it needs, when i used to get sick, like 10 years ago, i noticed i had no appetite, i put it down to my body not needing food getting in the way while it was trying to heal itself, like a type of fast. so i started doing longer fasts, just to clean out my body every so often & my health has only improved since. note this is not advice, just my experience

I fried some porkchops last night. lolol... only so long can that fast go on for. But I am trying to control it in the day and have no meats or animal products during the day at least.![]()
