your hands are low, your back leg comes a mile off the ground as you almost fall over, you move in in a straight line, with a lack of contiuity as its clearly several separate steps with no lateral head movement
Add it all up and by the time you fnally get to land a shot that looks vaguely like an overhand right you would have had a couple of shots drilled right down your throat. Your right hand (espically when its coming over) has far longer to travel than a striaght jab, if you have ever boxed in your life (which i doubt) you will be eating jabs all day with that.
Get to the gym mate, learn properly - you clearly are enthusiastic at the very least.
As for the 'one hitter quitter' which is a lovely name, sounds like its been borrowed from a computer game or wrestling tv show, as we've established it wont make any actual person quit since you wont land it and on the off chance your poor technique has generated some power on the bag, even the bag wont quit it'll keep on coming back for more...
