i have been training in boxing for about 9 months now and i have come down from 9 1/2 stone to 8, i am at the best shape of my life, ripped and everything but the problem is since i lost alot of fat my face looks like its sucked in and everyone tells me i have an illness and my mum gives me a hard time everytime i workout saying i shouldnt because i have lost too much weight, and that my eyes look like their popping out and my jaw bones are showing, but no one understands i am at the best shape of my life, i feel stronger than i have ever before but because i lost fat from my face people say all different things about me, so is there anything i can do?
Are you an adult? Not health for an adult to walk around at that weight... you'd have to be a dwarf.
