Hatton's Badmouthing of Floyd is Pathetic, and Quite Frankly, Sad

i'm ripped have you even heard of ricky hatton before? you clearly havent followed his career. he has faught some good fighters in his career and deserves more respect than what your giving him. you are a mayweather fan. ok we get it.

Let us imagine this:

Lets say that their are a stack of channels all showing the fights that Floyd has had since entering 140 and above for the very first time (premiere's) - y'know Brussels, Corley, Judah and so on...

...and and just one of those channels, Kostya Tszyu V Ricky Hatton was being shown...

Now bear in mind, you have NEVER seen ANY of these fights before and can only choose ONE FIGHT to view...

...which would come tops?

I would bet my house and the fact that at least 75% of the people presented with this dilemma would choose the Tszyu fight.

Only the Gatti and Judah fights would give this contest a run for its money - because they are 'names' and are no way in Tyszu's league at the time he undertook the Hatton challenge.

The main reason is that they are both exciting, likeable, genuine fighters with which people can identify with.

The lion's share of neutral fans who tune in to a Floyd fight are hoping the wankker gets KTFO!!

The fact Hatton said he thought Floyds last fights have been dull.....is because they have been.

HBO are more concerned with creating a rock-star in Floyd, than putting on genuine, exciting fights.

The phoney fights with a shot Gatti, a broken Judah, a never-good Sharmba and a made-to-fit limited Baldomir can be painted however which way you want - but to me they are a load of pony.

The Oscar fight is being portrayed as David V Goliath - but Oscar is only 1.5 inches taller and only 1/2 stone heavier...and was oringinally a skinny super feather himself!! he fought at the same weight as uner-tiny Erik Morales....

...and has already been out-boxed by the smaller Mosley (when Oscar was prime).

If Floyd banged-out Hatton and Cotto at 140, then tangled with Margarito at 147, then took on a a Winky at 154 (where he has fought at 90% of his career) - then he could certainly claim to be the greatest of the greatest..the creme de la creme...

...but like i said, a shot gatti, a pondering baldy and a brussels dont convince me at all.

I end this post by saying: maybe he could beat those guys i know he ducked - im not saying he's sh*t at all...but c'mon let get real here !!
