The reason people think that is because Morales beat Pac stylistically in the first fight & was ahead on the cards up to the 7th in the 2nd fight. Had Morales been able to handle the weight & keep his stamina...the outcome might have been different but Pacquiao gained the upper hand when Morales's feet began to fail him & when Morales feet stop moving...he's fwocked.

Pacquiao Morales is still a compelling match up for the fans because of the what if factor. Morales was written off coming into the first fight...Pac was the underdog in the second fight...& now Morales is back to being on the low end of the totem pole.

It's not that hard to understand why everyone's excited...these two are both determined warriors & are what defines our sport.
