don't care what the other lad wears but when I spar I wear 16s... so does every one in our gym. a really nice pair... not big like most 16oz sparring gloves, only slightly bigger than a pair of 10oz competition gloves.

I have 16oz bag gloves too... Sparred a super heavy with either 10s or 12s and I would be lying if I said there was a huge difference in how it feels...

Really makes a difference when you put on 10oz gloves.
