Agreed. He had NO business being in the ring with Pacman. ESPECIALLY billed as a mega-PPV-fight.
Had morales won the fight you would have said different things. It's so sad that people are always trying to make reasons for their fighters to the point of discrediting the ability of other fighters. Morales said that he intends to knock pacman. Let us take his words for it. Morales trained hard and had he fought a lesser fighter like Guzman or Valero , there could have been a different result.

Take the case of Barrera. When Pacquiao annihilated Barrera, everybody was telling that Barrera is a spent force anyway. But take a look at his achievements after his fight with Pacman. He even has the titles with him right now. His defeat at the hands of Pacman is clearly a sign that Pacman has the ability and is the best fighter in the featherweight. Let us not deprive Pacman the respect he deserves.
good post got to give Pac man credit. I was impressed when he got hit hard and came back with hard punches of his own. However, I do have to voice the fact that despite what Morales said, I have been calling him a shot fighter since before the Pac-Morales I. As a matter of fact I am surprised that he one. I thought that the major reason he won was because he was bigger and also that Pac looked out of balance.

It was clear to me that Morales was shot when he lost the very fight after he won against Pac. He was slower and seemed to get winded.

He looked like what we used to call when I used to compete in 10K races, "the bear jumping on your back". This would happen when we would burn out. I recognized that in Morales and saw it again in Pac II.

Give credit to Pac, it is clear that he is P4P. I like him, I am a fan but it is also true that Morales has been a shot fighter for over a year.
