I think it's more a case of Kessler/Palle trying to embarrass and taunt Calzaghe/Warren into making then an offer for a fight in the UK - But it seems that won't work either.

Damn right, if they can make a big offer for the fight in the UK, then that will be proper bo in my view, and I really look forward to it, and I hope it does work, if that is their aim.

I think everyone agrees that money rules boxing at the end of the day, and that the biggest market for boxing is the United States. So the simple reason it is being considered is that Manfredo is a bigger name in the States than Kessler. Make what you will of how that reflects on american fans. It is certainly Warren that is behind it, cause he's the one with the pound signs in his eyes.
