I agree. Everyone sees him as vulnerable right now due to his inactivity. It was fools gold the way he beat up Mayorga and it's the same with Oscar. That's why I laughed when Oscar said he could walk away right now on top.

Why would this make anyone love Mosely? This is a joke. The last we saw Tito he was getting embarrassed into retirement. A couple years ago.

This would be Shane's third fight in a row against a shot fighter who shouldn't be fighting anymore. He ought to fight someone who's still good. This is an EASY fight.
I wouldn't say it's an easy fight when you compare it to what the rest of these cowards are doing. Look at Floyd comp the last few years. You can't tell me that Trinidad can't come out of retirement tomorrow and knock Baldomir out. Floyd is a joke. Shane has moved up and fought the best in every division he's been in and I'm not even a fan of his. I just respect fighters who are not all about talking and hype. That being said, I think he would beat my boy Tito at this point.
I disagree. This will be Shane's third easy fight in a row. He gives the appearance of fighting better competition than some of these other guys because he's fighting people with big names. The problem is that they have big names from what they did ten years ago, before they became totally shot and/or retired. Would you give much respect to Klitchko if he called out Mike Tyson right now (while everyone else fights bs mandatories)? I wouldn't.

I understand your point but what I'm saying is that Floyd is considered p4p #1 (not by me, by the way) and not only has he been fighting guys who are not big names but, were never big names and that is why he looks so dominant. Shane can never be accused of ducking anyone. Again, this is coming from someone who is not even a Mosley fan, although I must say I do respect his track record.

But that this would be a strictly for the pocket fight when Mosley prides himself off of fighting the best and taking risks.

Not that Tito wouldn't be a risk but its only a money fight
    SSSP.

I think that this is clearly a step backwards for Shane. I mean...it'd be different if Tito had been even remotely competitive against Wright.

    Waste of time.

I agree that it's a step backwards but going by Shanes track record, I don't think he wants to fight him because he thinks he's shot. I would rather see him be a part of the increasingly interesting welterweight division. I would like to see what he's got left against someone who is interested in being in the ring.

Well what you fail to realize is that Wright is tough to look good against....and Tito has the size, power, and skill to beat Shane and beat him BAD!

Shane is a great, Tito is a great....it's no different than Shane fighting Vargas...everyone involved will make a ton of money.

I want it to happen now

As a huge fan of Titos, I would rather not see it cause I don't think he should fight any more defensive or fast moving guys at this point of his life (notice I didn't say career- he's retired). Maybe some brawling types just for thrills.

You don't have much faith in your boy....Tito Trinidad is one of the best offensive fighters I have ever seen

Mosley is good and fast but defense Nah it's average, but not anything spectacular.

Trinidad is 5'11 and knows how to fight tall...Vernon Forrest is 6'0 and knows how to fight tall....Winky Wright is 5'11 and fights tall

Shane is 5'9, he has trouble getting past a good 1-2. If you work the jab and keep the distance then he's ineffective.

I think Tito ALWAYS has posed the biggest threat to Shane

Being a fan of a guy and knowing boxing are two different things all together. I love Tito and whoever he fights, I will be rooting for him but, he has been inactive for too long and I, as a fighter can tell you that when you get injured or whatever and have long stretches without fighting, your timing doesn't come back in a few rounds. Let alone a few fights. He's a guy that truly doesn't need to prove anything because even when he lost, it was after moving up 3 weight classes from where he started and he only fought the toughest fights on the way up. Why should he ruin his great legacy?

I would rather see Mosley fight the winner of the Cotto fight.

Although the way that the Joel Julo that Quintana beat is looking worse and worse.

I always felt that Cotto would stop Quintana due to body shots.

I'm not so sure of Quintana giving as much problems in a losing effort as before.

Trinidad has been inactive for too long...he needs a warm up fight and then fight Mosley.

Shane really should go after Antonio Margarito....I mean come on, the guy is just sitting there, not having fought extremely tough opponents and I think Shane could stop him late especially if he goes to the body early

I would love to see that fight. Tony or Zab would be the best fights for Shane. I would buy either fight, and like has been said, let's leave poor Tito alone
