ok thanks alot.
im doing power sets with the weights and its getting my biceps triceps and shoulders going pretty well.
with protein in my breakfast should i eat stuff like bacon with the fat trimed?
jogging is a bit hard for me im not veary fit and im a minor asthmatic, should i start off walking?
in the morrning is hard for me because i have to wake up at about 4:30 5 oclock should i do a long walk/jog after school instead?
