Yeah every time I search I just find a video of a boxer jumping rope for the cameras.

It has training routines of guys like Ali, Vargas, Jones Jr. etc. I think I'll pick it up and let you know if it's any good.

That books pretty crappy for what you want. It gives you a general overview of different fighters. For example what they ate for breakfast, how often they jogged, how long they stayed in the gym for. But it never goes into great detail of what they did in the gym.
Like it says some people do weights some dont,yet it doesnt tell you what sort of weights and what lifts they were doing...etc.
