When Tyson or Lewis did hit Evander he didn't go down though they both hurt him at points in their fights they both hit as hard as Foreman if not harder, and Frazier doesn't even come close to them in punching power so I don't think he could hurt Evander with anything but bodyshots. Though Evander doesn't hit as hard as Frazier I believe he is faster, stronger, and a better than Joe Frazier technically by enough to win this inside 12 rounds.
