You shouldnt be working your triceps and biceps, like already said isolation is baaaad for a boxer.
Full body movement are key.
For example the bench press and dips. Works both your triceps and your chest. Do those.
Then for back do bent over rows, and pullups. Works your back and bicep.
In boxing, your whole body is working as one, so you need to work it like that on the weights.
Are you dong any lower body work aswell? or just back and chest?

The 4 main key exercises you should ever do are the Bench press, Military press, Deadlift and Squat.
This will work your WHOLE body.
