When your in the page where you type your post, to the bottom left it reads...

+ Additional Options...

You click that then a set up of options will pop up.... you will then see the following

Attach: [Browse...] (more attachments)
Allowed file types: txt, doc, pdf, jpg, JPEG, gif, mpg, png
Maximum attachment size allowed: 150 KB, per post: 4

From here you will clicl the [Browse..] button and a new window will open up you then go to 'My Pictures' and select which picture you wanna attach... you can do this anywhere not just on this board..
