You said that dreaded word....Machine!
Do not use machines, of any sort.
Are we guided by metal poles in real life? No, so they are not beneficial at all.
Free weights have a much greater advantage over machines. They develop so much more muscle, including your stabilisers.
For the exercises i mentioned lok up google video. But for things like the squat and deadlift it is IMPERATIVE to get good technique because of how much the back is in danger.
If you tell me how many days you can do weights, tell me your aims, tell me your goals, tell me your current training process. Then i will right you up a weights routine.
Nutrition and sticking to the routine and learning how to do the exercises is up to you though.
