He does have power but not great power, the shot he took out Dodson with was a body shot, not powerfull just on the money aq good shot, decent expierienced fighters like Calzaghe or any top fighter will read them and catch him as he poses.

Until he fights top level, someone not on the wain or the owner of a few losses we will not know
