Please guys I really need some opinions on this. Some diet suggestions would also be prety helpful. Im thinking a big breakfast with carbohydrates eat as many fruits and vegetaables as possible. Im also taking a prety good vitamin and creatine. I drink a lot of milk as well.
Ummm... 5'6" 225lbs? Is that fat or muscle? If it's fat, then don't worry too much about your diet. Once you start exercising regularly, the pounds will come off in a big hurry. In terms of diet, I would suggest portion control, unless you are currently eating absolute garbage.

Your workout looks okay, depending on your level of experience. If you are just starting out, it may be a bit much. I would add another rest day. I don't understand why you are lifting low weights though. I know everyone has different ideas about lifting, I'm one of those guys who likes more weight with less reps to get strong. Someone with more expertise can be of more help I'm sure.
