Andysutils, even though I can run 5 miles, and work as hard as ever every round.

I barely got comfortable with 3 minutes of jump rope this week. Next week I'm moving up to 4 minutes. Stick with that, then move up to 6 minutes, and so on.

Jamoie, YOU HAVE TO BE RIGHT. This isn't normal.
I'll see if I can see a podiatrist.

I can take pain, because I know I train very hard, but my foot just shuts down.
The arch, the sole, lower inner ankle hurts like hell afterwards,
hurts so much I have to keep walking, because if I sit down
and put no pressure on my feet it hurts worse (throbbing pain), so in the past
I massaged them afterwards. One time I put cold water
on them it hurt so much, it worked too, to keep my mind off of the pain.
