Pro's do things alot like the am's. Their training is similar just more intense, you will see them sparring more rounds. I remeber seeing that mayweather would train 3 days a week in the am and the pm. Each day involved about 8 rounds of sparring, roadwork, heavybag, mitts, double end bag, speed bag, and calistenhics. Just put in more rounds in a regular boxing training routine, and you basically have a pro one.
