There is no way he is making welter and if he did would be ineffective like he was against Mosely in the 2nd fight were he looked tired drained and plotting.... He was working with a great strength and conditioning coach to overcome his back troubles...Fernado is just in kind of a career limbo and it rough seeing he is only 28 years old..
