He can't just follow guys around the ring with no jab and no head movement.
but look at round 4 onwards, his shoulder was hurt bad, he was getting a nice jab going in the first 3 rounds then went and hurt that shoulder. So effectivly a smaller guy had to use his right arm to beat a much bigger southpaw... i agree lacy didnt look to good but damn, a lil more time is needed surly - tsypko is a good fighter...
I understand what your saying but his camp has to start choosing better opponents from now on. He's got to have three or four fights that can build his confidence. He can't keep taking beatings like that without any effect on his psyche. Give him some good orthodox competition and see if he can put these guys away like he used to, work on his head movement and jab, and then he can go back up to a better level of opponent. In all honesty, Lacy's camp is the one I blame for the way his career has gone, I understand he was undefeated and the hype was crazy but he should have taken some more defenses and work on his technique more instead of running in there with JoeCal and taking that type of murderous beating. His camp is doing it again, a tall southpaw with fast hands almost put him in a bodybag, why put him in with another tall southpaw with decent handspeed right after he just took that type of beating from JoeCal? Bad decisions. He's lucky he didn't move up and fight Tarver because don't let that B-Hop fight fool you, Tarver would have knocked Lacy out cold.
