That's what it says on Boxrec.... Hey, it would make sense what with their sharing a card last weekend, but I wouldn't pick Tony to beat Paul Williams honestly. I hope he doesn't and then Cotto fights PAul.. Also Cotto should almost just ditch his strap if this fight or any other big name opponent comes along... Urkal doesn't deserve a shot and I don't thhink he could possibly win.. Let him have the vacant strap, Cotto is the goods at 147, he could fight anyone now.
