Well not 50% but if you see in MOST of his fights he resort to illegal tactics and in many of his fights he got away with a lot of shet!!!

Yes, as did Roberto Duran, Bernard Hopkins, Mike Tyson, and several other highly respected champions during their title reigns as well. I don't think it's fair to discriminate against only Norris on that basis alone.
