I started losing weight for a year now and there's one thing i gotta say "i hate it, its shit and depressing but hell! the results are good.
iv'e lost 23 pounds altogher because i wanted to become a boxer and look cool.
MY diet is terrible and that's why its taken me a year to lose that weight, but i've still got about 5-6 pounds to shed off. At the start i thought it was going to be easy , ya know, run everyday and screw the diet but a good diet is actually better imo than exercising vigioursly everyday.
