I agree with Taeth. CC. Pac is my favorite fighter to watch these days--he's clearly more explosive than Wright, and I don't see anyone that can touch him from 135 down. But despite improving with his right and improving slightly on defense, he still wins on total aggression and power. Again, that's great to watch, and I don't mean that dismissively--I really like to watch Manny Pacquiao. But he has obvious flaws that you can see when you watch him, and Wright--despite declining somewhat since the heyday period (vs. Shane and Tito)--doesn't. No one in Pac's weight class can take advantage of his flaws to beat him, but when we're talking p4p I think you have to look at the total package. So people can talk all the shit they want about Mayweather being too risk-averse (in style and in opponent-choice), but the bottom line for me is that the man looks technically flawless in the ring--there's nothing he does that I could call a mistake. That's slightly less true for Winky, but that's just not the case at all for Pac.
