I wouldn't go far as to say Winky is a boring fighter but I wouldn't say he is one of the most skilled either. Holding his gloves up in front of his head and taking potshots at his opponent most of the time doesn't take much skill to do and it even seems one dimentional, though definitely they're effective and that what matters - you've got to give him credit for that. You only need long and strong arms, and be a bit 'barefaced' to do it.
