IMO my personal favorite in that aspect is Arce...Not the best fighter in the world but exciting and fun to watch.....Always your moneys worth....Others also worthy are....

Hatton,,Cotto,,Corrales,,Castillo,,Pac,,and Ruiz.....Just kidding....Wanted to make sure everyone is paying attention LOL
