i also have to get up at 4am to go to work and it sucks in the beginning, but heres what i did for the first couple of months (after a while, waking up at 4 will be normal to you and you wont need to use any "remidies" )..........................




VODKA (nothing cheaper than skyy, cause youll get a hángover for sure) and mix drinks 50/50 with "V8 Splash". then go the pharmacy (walgreens for me) get some cheap sleeping pills for 5 bucks, and take a couple of them with your cocktales. if you start doing this at 5pm, you will be ready for bed at 8pm................................. 9pm at the latest
