I wouldn't have thought he will strike again in ipswich would you? The streets are crawling with coppers and everyone is so much more aware. Add to that if it is him in the blue beamer and is a fat bespeccled fella he will not want to be id'd. I don't know not I am expert on these matters but maybe ipswich is now shut down for him.
