Just an opinion, people can choose for themselves. If you're that overweight you shouldn't be running anyway.
besides I think programmes should be tailored to the individual....
Of course they should be tailored for the individual, I have never said opposite, but to be going on a 1500 calorie a day diet for extended periods of time is not the way to go. If they knew all the facts before hand etc they could figure it out for themselves
The site isnt all bad, but its not totally brilliant
