    this its only £15 and cant buy a punch bag because our walls are plasterboard and cant take the wait

    no becus its only inflatable itll fall over with any real force u might as well shadow box for how light ud have to hit tht thing

    took your advice and luckily didnt buy as my m8 has quit boxing and has a slam man and sold it to me for £75 lucky or what

    you don't even need that, theres not just plaster board... they'll be a lat, a large upright beam of wood find that and mount your bag and bracket onto the lat.

    Adam, do you reckon the conerman will work fine in my room cause I got skirting boards on the wall, which would leave a gap?

    almost every one has skirting boards... I don't think it has to fit perfectly into the corner, most houses aren't even built on right angles, I'm sure it'll be fine. Email them and ask.
