you don't even need that, theres not just plaster board... they'll be a lat, a large upright beam of wood find that and mount your bag and bracket onto the lat.

almost every one has skirting boards...I don't think it has to fit perfectly into the corner, most houses aren't even built on right angles, I'm sure it'll be fine. Email them and ask.
