Go harder than usual man. That'll keep ya warmer. I've been feeling the same in the mornings befor my run. It takes a little bit more motivation to get going, but i just push a little harder to stay a little warmer.Just think about stepping in the ring with the person who decided to b***h out in the cold and slack on his training, and know that you'll be better conditioned because you pushed yourself harder.
