I don't know, I think they used to think that. Nowadays if a fighter I've not heard of comes along with a big undefeated record my first thought is well he obviously hasn't fought anybody, followed by he must be a European :P
LMAO!! Sven the ghost Ottke springs to mind. Na,seriously,you're a man of knowledge that's why now,when you see a guy undefeated,you question it but the average fan sees that,he'll think it means the fighter is good and therefore,go to see him. Promotional teams realise this and don't want to take too many risks with their fighters ergo the current situation with lots if undefeated fighters. Thats my take on it.
