flip, first off, how old are ya? if you're young, give it time , your weight can change in a hurry. when i was a junior in high school, i was 5'11" and weight around 135. came back to school after summer break at around 195. went back down to 160 between the start of my senior year and the start of my freshman year of college. anyway, in your daily workouts, do you do a lot of running and other cardio types of activities? they are important, and i'm definitely not suggesting to stop them, but if you are doing too much, it will be very hard to put on any weight. also, just curious, how heavy are you looking to go?
