I don't mind making a round 10-9 even with a knockdown, I do it a lot more than judges do, but most of those were hard to call 10-9, Winky might have won the rounds except for the knockdown but he didn't totally dominate them. If you gave Vasquez credit for all the knockdowns there's no mathematical possibility that Winky could have won. You really would have had to been very liberal with your scoring to give Winky the fight. It was clearly a legitimate loss. But that was really a different Winky, he settled down as he got older, a prime Winky would have had no problems, even though Vazquez was a solid fighter.
Didn't he get knocked down 3 times in one round? at least I thought so anyways if that was the case then the most points he lost would be 5 if the other two times he was knocked down counted as 10-8 rounds. Thats five points, but if he wins 9 rounds its still 113-111
I thought it was twice in one round and then once in three others? I could be wrong, its been a couple years, I don't have it downloaded onto my new computer.
