It takes me back to my point about JLC AND CHICO going to 147. Look at how close to the limit he is at 140!!! And this is his first fight there and isn't he working with Velocity?? Anyhow, JLC should take this fight,the Hatton fight and move up or something.Corrales 6foot frame must be hurting from all that struggling for weight!! He needs to go to 147,he did say he would in an interview after his weight making debacle but I'm not sure whether that has been totally confirmed. How about concluding their trilogy at 147,I wouldn't mind that!!!

Mate, being a six footer myself, and even when I was in school and a few years younger, the lightest i ever made was 144, so to make 140 and be six feet tall must be an absolutely phenomenal effort from him, and he must be dropping loads of muscle to make it.

Totally agree mate,which is why I think Corrales needs to go to 147. I'm like 5 foot 8 but I weigh 147 myself so I've always been amazed he's stayed at 135 for so long and not only that but he's 30 now too right?He may fill out into muscle,fill those shoulders,carry the power up,who knows but i THINK 140 WILL BE A STREtCH FOR cORRALES AND JLC.

I REALLY dislike Caballaro and I don't really know why..!! Is he that good a fighter? I've only seen him his last fight v mini Tyson and clips of him v my boy Ponce De Leon in which although he won nearly every round,he got his ass beaten in the 12th!! I want to see Rafa Marquez KTFO this guy!!

By the way Killer,are you sure he's 5 11,I thought he was more 6 foot,6 1?? May be my mistake?

I think Castillo should stick with 140... IMO he should make it easily enough for the next year or two then move up... He needs to give his body time to increase in size.

His body has already increased in size, he is too old to be making weight, he's pushing it to make it in at 140

Every boxer at one time hits this wall where the weight seems to be impossible to make. Floyd has hit it, Cotto has it hit, and Castillo and Chico have hit it. Its part of boxing, but if Castillo can't make 140 NOW then how long has he been getting away with that foot under the scale bullshit.
