read my post in the reps posting I was 6'4" and 161lbs when i was 16 and didnt break 200 till i was 20! Its hard to be tall and skinny, I know. I was.
And its hard to gain weight or muscle when your young as you don't have enough testosterone to grow everything all at once and gain weight. Dont work too hard. Lower reps say 12-15 or so, more sets maybe 5. heavy as you can ,longer rests between sets, maybe only 2 or 3 muscle groups per day 3,4 days rest between workouts for the muscle group. Lots of food and LOTS of rest and sleep. oh and patience. All pretty standard muscle building stuff.
