I play some guitar. which subsequently strengths my hands . I have a set of hand grips. use to use them a lot early in my career , but no so much now days. really just road works for me. pull ups are great for strengthen the grip and hands in general.
Don't tell anyone , but I do tip toe exercise wearing a weighted vest to strengthen my feet, calves and hamstring. lots of stretching before and after workout. its very important part of my training.
