Just like most Hatton fans said Ricky would give PBF hell after he beat Tszyu first and second,Cotto has the right ingredients to neutralise PBF;S speed:good jab,awesome and powerful hooks to the body and good handspeed. I don't think he would destry PBF but he would sure as hell give him a good fight,Cotto is no weak willed Judah or slow,workmanlike Baldo or old Sharmba,Cotto is young,dangerous,hungry and live. And no one said he was P3P number1?! And to say he struggled against Paulie is poor,I mean did you see Paulie's face? I would not say that was a struggle.
I read comments on here saying if he beat Mayweather, he would become p4p number 1. Paulie's style did give Cotto trouble. I thought the judges were generous. There was no doubt Cotto won but i had it a bit closer as did sky sports (114-113 i think). Am just sayin that he didnt look his usual self against that style of fighter and am not sure he would against mayweather. Hope am wrong, being a hatton fan an all i would love to see someone knock shit out of mayweather. I just cannot see it happening for a while. Not even against Oscar.
