its not that easy the minute you focus on 1 paticular area that when you utilize another.. Like when I trained when I was sparring with a good striker, the last thing I wanted to do was stand there and trade, so I would look for my opening and shoot the legs and go for the takedown or get in a Muay Thai clinch deliver the knees and then takedown, but its a fast paced chess match and you have to stay alert and never get comfortable in 1 aspect of the fight..Originally Posted by ICE COLD BOXING
